When do you recommend using these packages? We strongly recommend using these packages when you are having an event or party where there are more than 50 guests invited.
What does the assistant do? Are they a performer? The assistant is not there to perform in the service itself (i.e. balloon twist, face paint, etc.). Having a dedicated assistant at large events is essential for ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both organizers and attendees. With expertise in crowd control, our assistants efficiently manage the flow of guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. They are also equipped to answer questions and play a crucial role in supporting performers, helping them work more efficiently and with speed. With their invaluable presence, our assistants contribute to the overall success and seamless execution of large events.
What if we are working on a budget and can’t afford the packages, but are having a big event or party? We can provide a quote that doesn’t include an assistant. However, we will ask for a volunteer to help with crowd control. With large crowds, we pride ourselves in providing excellent services and cut down the wait time. For large events a standard gratuity fee will be automatically included when performers are hired. However, we offer the option of a tip jar, allowing guests to show their appreciation directly, in which case the gratuity fee will be waived. We strive to provide transparent and flexible solutions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable event for all involved.
Do the performers have choices from which our guests can choose? Yes! We will always provide a menu of cute and adorable choices that our performers can do quickly and efficiently. If you have a preferred menu display, always feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
When would you recommend more than one performer? We would strongly recommend if your event has more than 100 guests to have two or more performers. That way we can avoid long wait times and children getting upset due to the waiting.
